How do I update my details You can check or update your details within your "MY ACCOUNT" section of Waitrose.com
- Visit Waitrose.com and click on Sign in (top right) - Once signed in, click on My Account (which is now top right)
The different areas of your My Account - "Login details"- To update your email address ID and/or password - "Personal details"- To update your name or phone numbers - "Addresses" / "Payment Details and Billing Information"- Update both sections to update your address details - "Marketing preferences"- To select your preferences. - "myWaitrose" - To check your myWaitrose card number and update your myWaitrose card address
Deactivate activity or close your account- You can deactivate your account by logging into your "MY ACCOUNT" and update your marketing preferences to "No Thanks" for all sections and cut up your myWaitrose card. If you don't have an online account then you will need to register for one to do this online option.
If you don't want to set up an online account or want to delete your myWaitrose account, at this time you will need to call our Waitrose Customer Care Team on 0800 188 884 who can get this arranged for you.
