  • Email mywaitrose@waitrose.co.uk 
  • Use 'myWaitrose Card - Details' as the subject 
  • Please Include your full name and address (as it currently appears) on the form, as well as the changes you require
  • We’ll arrange for a new card to be sent out as soon as possible.
