Replacement myWaitrose Card or Keyfob Guide

Temporary/online myWaitrose card
There are two options available:
Firstly you can download the Waitrose & Partners App, which is available from App stores on both Apple and Android mobile devices. Once you have signed in to your account via the App, a copy of your card is under the "More" option. This can be scanned in our shops or used when shopping online.

The second option is if you know your account login details, you'll be able to view a copy of your card and use this until your card arrives.  Here's how to do this option:

- Open a second internet window tab, go to and sign into your "MY ACCOUNT".
- Return to this internet windows tab and click HERE.
- Simply record the card number by writing it down or take a photo of it with your phone.
- This is much easier than printing off a copy and saves paper.
- Show the number to the cashier and they will input the card number for you. 
Problem solving- Sorry, the page you requested could not be found-
This is because you are not signed into (this is where you manage your personal details for myWaitrose). To solve this, go to and simply click on "Sign in/Register" on the right and Sign in. Once you have input your email and password, please try the link again.
