Have a query concerning your email id and or password?

"Great, now choose a password" message
This mean that the email address is not registered with us and the system is asking you to create a password for the new account.

If you've forgotten your password-
1. Visit waitrose.com and click on the Sign in/Register button at the top of the screen
2. Enter your email address which your account is registered to and click Continue 
3. You'll now see a Forgotten your password? option.
4. Click the link and follow the instructions
5. You'll be sent a password reset email. It may take up to an hour to receive this email and remember to check your junk and spam folders.

"The email address and password you entered don't match so please try again" message
This means the email address is registered with us but doesn't match the password. If you are still having problems or do not know the correct password, please click "Forgotten your password?" and create a new password.

If you have forgotten your email address ID-
Please contact our Customer Care team whose contact details can be found on our Contact Us page. After a few questions, we should be able to identify you and see if an email address is registered with us.

To change your password- 
1. Sign in to waitrose.com using your current password.
2. Click on the MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page.
3. Under "My details", click Login details
4. Follow the instructions on this page.
5. Finally click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
6. Your new password will be saved.
