Can I change the date and time of my delivery or collection?

If you have not yet checked out your order and would like to change your delivery or collection time you can do so by clicking the Edit Slot button which can be found at the top of the page.

If you have already checked out  your order and wish to change your delivery or collection slot you can do so up until 11:45am the day before your order is due for delivery or collection. Simply select the My Account link in the header and clicking My Orders from the drop down menu.

The page you will be taken to will display your pending orders where you will have the option to change your delivery or collection time.

Please note, if your order contains products from our Entertaining or Seasonal Meats range you may not be able to change your order. Please contact Customer Service for help.
